JRD's Wide Rubber Sheet Extrusion Machine is an industrial system designed to continuously extrude rubber into flat, wide sheets of uniform thickness. Unlike calendering (which uses rolls), extrusion forms the rubber sheet by forcing it through a wide flat die. This process is highly efficient for high-volume production of rubber sheets used in various industries.
It’s a high-output rubber extruder system equipped with a wide-sheet die, cooling system, and take-up unit, capable of producing rubber sheets in widths typically from 1,000 mm to 3,000 mm or more, and in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 20 mm, depending on the die and material.

JRD's Wide Rubber Sheet Calender Extrusion is a specialized manufacturing process used in the rubber industry to produce uniform, continuous sheets of rubber with controlled thickness, surface finish, and width. It combines elements of calendering and extrusion, two traditional rubber processing techniques.  The rubber sheet is passed through a calender, typically consisting of 2 to 4 heated rolls (e.g., an inverted L or Z configuration). The rolls rotate at controlled speeds and pressures.

Follow the same guide lines inspired by the original innovators (Moriyama of Japan) of kneading rubber and plastics inside a closed chamber under pressure. Our mixers provide effective mixing and dispersion for polymer compounds at an optimum horsepower input and operating temperature. The kneading takes place between the counter rotating rotor tips and the stationary chamber wall at right clearances and hard- faced surfaces. The mixing movements are channelled by the special contours of the rotor wings.
